Lenity Architecture designed a campus master plan concept for the Sunriver Nature Center & Oregon Observatory (near Bend, OR) to include a major renovation and new building project.
To accommodate the ever-changing needs of higher education, our conceptual interpretation encompassed a future-forward planning approach to this renovation and addition.
Lenity Architecture worked alongside the Community Action Agency to remodel the 17,000 sq. ft. exterior and interior remodel of their 70 year old building.
NWSDS develops and maintains a comprehensive and coordinated service system to meet the needs of seniors and people with disabilities.
This 32,000 SF, two-story building project was designed specifically for the DHS Child Welfare and Self Sufficiency programs.
This master planned, phased project includes a 8,500 SF Industrial Arts building, 18,000 SF Gymnasium, and 60,000 SF K-12 school still in the construction phase.
To improve the athletic facilities and future student recruitment and retention for Blanchet, great thought went into the schematic design of the new athletic facilities for the high school.
