Lenity Architecture worked alongside the Community Action Agency to remodel the 17,000 sq. ft. exterior and interior remodel of their 70 year old building.
While staying within the original building’s footprint, the interior of the building was also reconfigured to allow for more meeting space. There were some unforeseen issues encountered due to the building’s age during demolition and construction. They had to be addressed and any problems were solved quickly so as not to interrupt the agency’s invaluable service to local families.
