With only a four-month construction time schedule, both floors of this +30,000 SF tenant improvement project required demolition to make way for new provider offices, waiting areas, check-in and scheduling, exam rooms, along with multiple types of procedure rooms.
This single-story, commercial office interior alteration and addition project converted what was once a dreary 3,820 SF warehouse to a workable 4,350 SF office and museum.
