Personal Growth –
Lenity encourages its staff to explore new challenges and find their passion. Here are some examples of our teammates’ successes!
Coughran becomes Licensed Architect
As one for who welcomes challenging opportunities and who constantly strives for self-improvement – from racing cars to off-roading, Todd Coughran welcomed the opportunity to become an architect. The road to become an architect is an arduous one. While balancing work and family obligations, Todd logged in over 5,529 hours of architectural experience as documented in the Architectural Experience Program (AXP). Drawing on his 30+ years’ experience in architecture and construction, along with countless hours studying, he successfully passed his Architect Registration Examination (ARE) exams. Through careful consideration, Todd is now a licensed architect. His next goal is to become licensed in several states over the next few years.
Thomas – promoted to administrative coordinator
Audray Thomas joined the Lenity family in 2018 as our Receptionist/Accounting Assistant. Since that time, she has shown an interest and motivation to grow within the company. So, when the administrative coordinator position became available, her competence and drive for success made her a nature choice for the position.
Now Audray has become an administrative coordinator for one of our teams. There, she assists the project managers from the due diligence phase to the construction administration phase through prospective projects to completed projects. Drawing on the experiences from working as our receptionist gave her better insight into the company and our clients – what makes things tick and run smoothly. She’s a quick study and can retain much. Through life’s challenges, her sense of humor, honesty and empathetic nature has served her well.
