This exciting renovation brings a modern, interactive golf experience to the casino, blending seamlessly into the existing space while adding a new dimension of entertainment for guests.
A Challenging Yet Rewarding Transformation
Renovating within a fully operational casino is no small feat. Our team navigated logistical challenges to ensure safety, accessibility, and minimal disruption to guests. The design had to integrate effortlessly with the casino’s aesthetic, making the new golf bays feel like a natural extension of the space. With just 2,594 square feet to work with, our engineers maximized both function and visual appeal, creating an inviting and energetic atmosphere.
Collaboration was key to the project’s success. Spirit Mountain Casino management provided invaluable support, helping us navigate approvals, adhere to Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO) regulations, and streamline execution. Additionally, Dalke Construction expertly managed construction logistics and upheld safety standards that allowed a safe environment for all patrons even during construction. The end result? A dynamic entertainment hub that enhances the casino experience for all visitors that created minimal disruption.
Innovative Design & Technology
To create a space that felt both fresh and cohesive, we employed a range of innovative design techniques. Custom-designed columns match existing architectural elements for a seamless look. Integrated lighting within columns enhances ambiance and guides guests to the new space. Thoughtful signage placement distinguishes the entertainment area while complementing the casino’s vibrant environment. A lighting color scheme ties into existing ceiling treatments, drawing guests into the space. Subtle golf-inspired design elements, such as green plaid carpeting, reinforce the theme without clashing with the broader casino aesthetic.
These thoughtful details helped transform an underutilized area into a high-energy, revenue-generating attraction that elevates the overall casino experience.
