Inspired by the rich history of the California Pacific Railroad, the facility’s architectural aesthetic incorporates rustic accents that honor the region’s heritage. These design elements, both inside and out, create a warm, inviting environment that reflects the spirit of the community while providing a modern and functional space for seniors.
Our primary design goal was to maximize the number of assisted living and memory care suites while maintaining the client’s preferred internal layout. Through meticulous planning and creative problem-solving, we achieved a balance that meets the operational needs of the facility and ensures comfort and convenience for its residents.
One of the key challenges of this project was working with a smaller lot size while still providing access to a main, grand entry. By leveraging strategic site planning and innovative design techniques, we created a welcoming focal point that serves as both a functional entryway and a statement piece, enhancing the overall experience for residents and visitors alike.
