With a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration, Joshua is an experienced professional who is a dedicated, client-focused problem solver.
Joshua has diligently worked in both private sector and public institutional roles, as an Engineering Department Manager, Engineer of Record, Facilities Engineer, Project Manager, Construction Manager, and Consultant.
His professional experience is further informed by knowledge in engineering and project management, capital budgeting and planning, programmed maintenance management and financial forecasting. This translates into a dynamic portfolio of projects that include Higher Education, High-Tech (Semi-Conductor & Data Centers), Commercial, Senior Housing, Industrial & Processing Facilities, Residential, Mixed-Use, Critical Operations and Campus Utility Distribution.
As Engineering Department Manager Joshua leads and supports the engineering design team to successfully meet project milestones with high quality designs. In addition, Joshua helps drive business development with Lenity leadership, along with continuous improvement of internal operations.
