Since graduating from University of Oregon in 1991 with a BA in Architecture, Lee Gwyn has been working in the field building a very diverse portfolio. His senior-level experience includes work in medical, industrial, office, retail, education, multifamily and senior living.
Lee has a wealth of experience in construction that is unique to architects in the industry. He was a licensed contractor + architect for several years and built over 35 single family projects. Lee has been directly involved in over 20 several senior housing projects in Arizona, California, Montana, Nevada, Oregon and Washington including assisted living facilities + memory care projects. Leading the commercial division, he has been directly involved in several projects in Oregon including over 10 school additions and renovation projects including new campus design and master planning for athletic facilities. Lee is NCARB certified + licensed in Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Maine, Massachusetts, Oregon, and Washington.
Throughout his career, Lee has developed a method of practice that places service to the client first. His project management style, professionalism, and attention to detail have made Lee an invaluable member of Lenity.
