With thirty years in the field, Lee has amassed a wealth of experience that is unique to architects in the industry. His senior-level expertise in medical, industrial, office, retail, education, multifamily and senior living design makes him a respected resource for clients and staff alike.
Since graduating from University of Oregon in 1991 with a BA in Architecture, Lee Gwyn has built a very diverse project portfolio. While managing the commercial division of Lenity Architecture, Lee has honed his skills in a wide array of projects ranging from office, retail, multi family, dental/medical, schools, hospitality, and senior living. Lee developed his senior housing expertise while working on nearly 30 senior housing projects including assisted living facilities and memory care projects throughout the United States.
Drawing from his in-depth involvement on a wide array of project types, Lee has garnered invaluable experience in both master site and space planning. With an emphasis in blending both space and master site planning, Lee has a natural gift for creatively blending architectural and interior design into a cohesive space.
Throughout his career, Lee has developed a method of practice that places service to the client first. His project management style, professionalism, and attention to detail have made Lee an invaluable leader here at Lenity.
