David brings nearly 35 years of architecture and construction experience to the Lenity team. His background in senior housing and governmental projects, plus 13 years of project management experience brings a crisp and comprehensive skill set to the Lenity team.
From planning and zoning through to production, plan submission and construction administration, David manages nearly all aspects of a project through to completion. As a flexible team player, he is instrumental in maintaining client and contractor relations. Highly motivated and goal oriented, David has a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects while maintaining tight project deadlines.
David is NCARB certified and licensed in Nevada.
