The Lodge at Piner Road, a two-story, 77,000+ sq.-ft., assisted living and memory care senior living community, will offer a safe, welcoming, and active retirement living to seniors. Located on two acres in Santa Rosa, California, the exterior and interior details draw inspiration from the surrounding area’s famous residents and locale.

Interior design reflects the color schemes of the seasons of wine country. The assisted living portion is autumnal with a purple, rust, yellow, and warm white palette. Memory Care is inspired by local resident Luther Burbank who patented the Shasta Daisy. It reflects a blossoming spring with blue, green, yellow, and warm white palette. The Café is inspired by local resident Charles Schultz and the primary colors and patterns used in the “Peanuts” cartoon.

The exterior color palette reflects a warm, inviting feel. Exterior architectural details harmoniously integrate stone, horizontal siding, and stucco for increased design scale characteristics. For a better “humanistic” scale and feel, residential design features such as awnings, shutters, and Juliette balconies help to blend with both homes and businesses locally.
