Lenity Architecture worked with the Sunriver Brewing Company on a 12,500 SF wholesale remodel in Sunriver to make way for their production facility.
To service both the pub at The Village in Sunriver and an expectant wider beer-loving market, the commercial building in Sunriver Business Park needed to be completely revamped. The remodel included ripping up the concrete slab to accommodate trench drains, installing new mechanical and plumbing systems, and adding offices and a conference room.
