A new intergenerational senior-care campus, constructed over multiple phases.

The project includes a two-story memory care/assisted living with 115 beds, 49 independent living units, 18 senior duplexes, and 20 units of workforce housing. In addition to these facilities, the project features a 7,252 sq.ft. daycare facility, a 7,745 sq.ft. care center building for residents, and a public-use 0.75-acre recreation park designed for all abilities. Walking trails throughout the entire project offer a serene and scenic experience for all to enjoy.
