Noble Wave Brew Pub

Noble Wave is a forward-thinking Brew-Pub concept out of Baton Rouge, Louisiana with an eye toward being different, both in style and in substance.

Their business goals include creating a strong and vibrant community around food and drink in downtown Salem, while being a positive force for all involved.  The style of their brew-pub reflects this through bright, colorful, eclectic and optimistic design that can grow with their business. The design process consisted of seeking possibilities and pushing the envelope. The construction process involved selecting what works now while leaving options open for future elaboration as the business grows.

Part of the historic Reed Opera House in the heart of downtown Salem, Oregon, with a menu and design inspired by the flavors and colors of Cajun, Creole, and Southern cultures, Noble Wave is a unique brewpub that defies stereotypes about beer, business, and beignets.
