As Lenity’s Senior CAD Specialist, Michael is our resident site design expert. From prelim, construction documents, architectural, structural or site plans – Mike’s greatest strengths are his can-do attitude and ability to move between projects and responsibilities with ease.
His multi-discipline drafting skills and experience include existing, demo, new construction, commercial, churches, food, residential and senior housing. Drawing from his vast and varied experience, Mike is well-versed in MEP engineering, site, and civil coordination. Constantly striving for perfection in working drawings, Mike believes in “no loose end left behind.” He will verify that the details are put in place correctly.
With nearly twenty years of experience, Mike’s attention to detail, knowledge, and versatility make him like the corner piece in a complicated puzzle – we want to start and complete our projects with his expertise in place.
