As its Shareholder and Chief Financial Officer, she plays a vital role in the overall wellbeing of the company. Her primary responsibilities include organizational development, implementing, managing, and running the financial activities of the company. Holly oversees all aspects of business strategy, risk management, budgeting, and forecasting. In addition to her in-depth fiscal responsibilities, she also oversees the day-to-day office management.
Holly’s left-brain tendencies are evident in her accuracy and rapt attention to detail. Yet, her radiant personality and sense of humor betrays any accountant stereotype types. Her professional and approachable demeanor helps to create a team-first culture among employees.
