Chris Bachman joined the Lenity family in August as Project Manager for the healthcare division. Passionate about all aspects of architecture, Chris is ready to serve a complex network of physicians and medical staff in the ever-evolving environment of the healthcare industry.
Chris Bachman joined the Lenity family as Project Manager for the healthcare division in August. Passionate about all aspects of architecture, Chris is ready to serve a complex network of physicians and medical staff in the ever-evolving environment of the healthcare industry. With 43 years’ experience in both architecture and engineering fields, he is a wealth of industry knowledge. Drawing on his vast expertise in CMS, IBC, NFPA-101 & FGI Codes, as project manager, Chris is responsible for creating a solid base for our healthcare division, as well as providing evidence-based designed for our clients.
Chris is a well-versed, well-rounded project manager. His extensive previous experience includes new and remodel work for the following: hospitality, senior living campuses, multi-family developments, restaurants, professional office buildings, education, commercial, healthcare design, and infrastructure developments. Additionally, Chris has engineering experience, including city-wide design of water supply pipeline, waste and storm drain expansion utilizing civil and surveying work. He also developed infrastructure buildings for the city water companies, i.e., water way Weirs, pump stations, lift stations, and chlorination stations.
When asked what drew him to Lenity Architecture, Chris replied, “The welcoming atmosphere and the differing perspective of running a successful architectural firm from other companies’ methods.”
Meet Our Project Captain
Tyson Staab joined Lenity as a Project Captain in September. He graduated with a BA in Architecture from University of Oregon and has over a decade of architectural design experience. Tyson leverages his diverse design background – from education and senior living to multifamily and retail – to provide clients and partners the highest caliber service and product in the business.

As Project Captain, he is responsible for conceptual and schematic design assistance, construction documentation, and construction administration for a wide variety of Lenity projects. Well-versed in many design platforms, Tyson’s end-user focused designs are aimed at bringing the renderings to life, showcasing the projects in their best light and angle. Specializing in Revit/CAD and Sketchup, one of his goals is to elevate Lenity’s proficiency and productivity in Revit.
His professional goals also include making Lenity’s mark on thoughtful and appreciated design as well as advocating sustainability for our environment. Certified in sustainable design, as a LEED Green Associate, Tyson designs with the future in mind. Drawing inspiration from renowned architect Norman Foster’s quote, “As an architect, you design for the present, with an awareness of the past for a future which is essentially unknown” Tyson is passionate for sustainable design.
In his spare time, Tyson dabbles in graphic design design and enjoys geeking-out to music and traveling when given a chance. As a self-proclaimed taco connoisseur, you may find him at your local taco truck!
