Meet Our Administrative Coordinator
Leah Kasachev joined Lenity Architecture as the administrative coordinator for the commercial division and two senior living teams nearly a year ago. Her previous experience coordinating a laminate division for a countertop company in Kelowna, BC has given her beneficial insight into project schedules, teamwork, and coordination. Leah assists in organizing, arranging, and executing various project schedules to maintain effective work flow within the teams. She also collaborates with clients and team members, as well as delegates tasks and problem-solves any challenges.
When asked what drew her to Lenity as an employer, Leah responded, “Seeing how well structured and the success that Lenity has in its projects.” Knowing there is an end result to show all the hard work that everyone put in TOGETHER ignites her passion for this position.

Highly motivated to succeed and grow within the company, Leah relishes the opportunity to learn more about the nuances of all the project phases. Leah is capable of handling multiple deadlines, personalities and projects with grace, humor, and humility. Her sharp mind masters many concepts with ease.
