Seamless and profitable planning, architecture and building services marked by professionalism, experience, and above all–integrity.
See why we’re different.
With decades of experience and a portfolio of over 350 senior housing architecture projects across the globe, we understand what it takes to ensure a seamless and profitable planning, design and building experience. Our team of architects, engineers, drafters, site planners, and permitting experts are available every step of the way allowing projects to move swiftly and efficiently through each phase of the process.
The same driving principals of hard work and diligence that built our portfolio of over 350 successful senior living projects allows us to move competently between a range of architectural disciplines.
As we’ve continued to build our team, our range of expertise has expanded to include full architectural and planning services for medical, office, hotel, and grocery store projects. Visit our portfolio to see what we’ve been up to lately.
At Lenity Architecture, we offer full planning, design and building services by an expert team that genuinely cares about the project and the people it serves. The word “lenity” is defined as the quality of caring, mildness and gentleness. We strive to live up to our name by stewarding our time and resources in a way that enhances the lives of our clients, staff and those that enter the walls we help build.
By supporting the organizations below as well as the Liberty House Child Abuse Assessment Center, Salem Keizer Meals on Wheels, and the Chemeketa Education Foundation, we are investing in the very foundation of our community’s future and honoring its residents–both young and old.
Lenity Architecture supports local non-profit agencies with their time. Daniel Roach, a shareholder at Lenity Architecture has served on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club in Salem for over ten years.
In every community, boys and girls are left to find their own recreation and companionship in the streets. An increasing number of children are at home with no adult care or supervision. Young people need to know that someone cares about them.
Boys & Girls Clubs offer that and more. Club programs and services promote and enhance the development of boys and girls by instilling a sense of competence, usefulness, belonging and influence. Boys & Girls Clubs are a safe place to learn and grow — all while having fun. "They are truly The Positive Place For Kids."
Kristin Newland, a Lenity Architecture shareholder, has served on the Board of Directors for the Salem YWCA for nearly five years. The YWCA provides the skills, resources, guidance, and assistance to meet the needs of women and their families in Marion and Polk counties through opportunities that promote self-sufficiency, character, financial stability, well-being and healthy life styles. They accomplish this by delivering direct support services including shelter, health screening and medical referral, leadership training, interpersonal relationship skills, and language access to women, girls and their families. The need in the Salem area continues to escalate as evidenced by the number of families on the waiting list at YWCA shelter and the steady stream of people that arrive daily seeking assistance. Kristin invites you to learn more by visiting the YWCA website.
